My Convenient Laundrette, Keele University, 2026

A row of shiny metal pipes lines the top of a white wooden fence in front of a brick building with multiple windows, under a clear blue sky.

A textured black wall with a grid of raised diamond patterns has a white metal vent in the upper left and two protruding metal pipes near the lower right. Bricks and a white trim are visible at the top edge.

A white building with two signs; the top says, For your convenience this launderette is open 24 hours a day in bold black letters, and the lower sign reads, Launderette Wash Point with blue icons, next to a grass lawn and trees.

Energy facility, Glasgow, 2025

A sloped city street with parked cars beside a low, brick building covered in graffiti. Behind it, a tall building is under construction, showing exposed floors. The sky is cloudy, and several modern buildings appear in the background.

A dull, rectangular, concrete building with large, evenly spaced windows, many of which are grimy or covered. A red car is parked on a sloping street in front, and graffiti is visible on the lower windowpanes. The scene appears urban and bleak.
