A three-story brown brick building with “APPOINTMENT CENTRE” over the entrance, glass doors, several windows, and balconies. Trees with autumn leaves and green foliage are in front. The sky is cloudy and the area is paved with a ramp and railings.

The surprisingly attractive Havering Council Appointment Centre (?) in Romford, East London. The PVC windows don’t do much for me, but the dark brick is pleasing and the graduated floors above the main door are a nice detail.
